Our lambs are raised on pasture and hay only. They stay with their mothers and wean on their own schedule; low stress and frequent pasture rotation are our goals.
When you pre-order your lamb, you’ll pay a $100 deposit to reserve your meat. We’ll contact you after ordering to customize your cuts (i.e. choosing whether you want chops or whole roasts, or ground meat), and then the meat will be ready in mid to late February.
After processing, we’ll charge you the remainder based on the actual hanging weight of the animal ($12/lb). A half lamb will total 15-20 pounds of meat and the whole lamb will be 30-40.
