Reserve your half or whole lamb!

You’ll pay a $100 deposit to reserve your meat, and we’ll charge you the balance ($12/lb based on hanging weight) after processing. Your meat should be ready for pickup or local delivery by mid-February.

A half lamb should give about 15-20 pounds of meat, while a whole one will be around 30-40 pounds.
